| Job Description: |
Duties And Responsibilities:
Primary
Develop and test programs by utilizing programming logic, program, specifications, and department standards.
Execute systems tests, verify and document results. Use prepared test data, conditions and expected results to verify system logic and to validate that systems meet user requirements.
Document application program design.
Analyze, evaluate and solve program problems encountered in existing applications.
Consult with user personnel and help prepare program specifications and program test plans.
Secondary
Define application system requirements and database contents.
Maintain working knowledge of programming guidelines, standards and procedures: adhere to them for all tasks.
Participate in user training and provide assistance and technical advice to other I.S. Associates.
Assist the Systems Development Manager as the need arises.
Acquire and maintain in-depth technical skills in a complex, technical environment.
Other Special projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications/requirements:
Required
2+ years of development Microsoft ASP.Net, Visual Basic.Net, ADO.NET.
Microsoft .NET framework 2.0
Strong Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 (Transact SQL).
Strong documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual (English / Spanish).
Preferred
IIS, JavaScript, XML, XSL, HTML
Visual Basic 6 and Asp
Reporting Services, Crystal Reports
Microsoft Visual SourceSafe
Bachelors degree in business discipline helpful
