Small firm established in 1983 that works on large adaptive reuse hospitality and urban projects seeks designers. They would like a junior designer with 0-2 years of experience.
Current projects include Liberty Park (in Chicago) and a Ground Zero project. This is a great opportunity to work for a small firm and get in-depth experience right out of school.
This firm offers a wide range of architectural and planning services based on the extensive experience of its principals and associated professionals. The staff includes architects, planners, interior designers and support personnel.
The firm, recognizing the complexity of planning and design, stresses a comprehensive and coordinated approach to each project. This begins at once in the pre-design stage when a team of experienced professionals gather and analyze all information relevant to the project to fully clarify the program requirements. The same team continues through the design and construction phases under the leadership of a Project Manager who, in turn, is directly responsible to the client for all consultant work.
