| Job Description: |
Responsible for QA/QC activities at the construction site during the execution of a major international nuclear power plant project. Implements programs to oversee and monitor progress and success during the execution of the project. Monitors activities to ensure quality objectives are met.
Will be responsible for developing site Quality Manual, Inspection and Test Plans, and review of Contractor QA/QC programs to ensure both international and western standards and codes are met. Will manage a site organization including Quality Engineers, Auditors, and Inspectors. Prior experience in developing quality programs and supervising a site quality group mandatory. Must have nuclear construction experience. Lead auditor or auditor certification desirable.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree and a minimum of 10 years experience in responsible assignments in construction management, construction quality assurance/quality control, management, engineering, or quality assurance. At least two years of this time should be in nuclear construction quality control with emphasis on project/division QA/QC management. Fluent in written and spoken English. EX PAT required for this position. Mandarin skills a plus.
