Our client, a prestigious construction company in the region, is looking for a topnotch Area Manager - Construction
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Project Managers within area of responsibility to ensure that project is being done according to contract
Provide reports for financial performance of projects to management
Ensure that Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs are being enforce for projects as per company requirements
Ensure Safety Programs are being enforced for projects as per company requirements
Develop and refine control measures to ensure efficiency for all site activities
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time as per contract
Participate in management review meetings
Position will report to the Director of Operations.

| Skills Required: |
Qualifications:
Civil Engineering graduate, preferably with Masters degree
12-18 years experience in the construction industry doing mega projects specifically high rise buildings in the capacity of Area Manager, Projects Manager or Sr. Project Manager
Highly motivated and committed with managerial and organizational skills to handle and oversee the multiple million worth construction projects within their assigned area
