| Job Description: |
Project Manager in Civil Marine Projects
1. A bachelor / Master degree in Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in Civil Marine Projects.
2. Harbour Works, pipelines, earthworks, dredging & reclamation, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, piling, Structural Steel, Breakwaters & marina expertise.
3. Temporary or Permanent works experience in Cofferdams, lifting equipments, access arrangements, formwork, support system
4. Installation of offshore works such as stone spread foundations, gravity wall structures etc
5. Solution oriented with a capability and experience to manage technical issues on various projects
6. Design & construction project experience preferred but not a pre requisite
7. Construction Planning (Globally & Detailed planning on execution of projects)
8. Demonstrate a clear understanding of tendering methods, costing systems, reporting and general project management systems
9. Specific experience in the management of technical documentation and compliance with ISO systems in the construction industry
10. Method statement, ITPS, Risk Assessments, Forecasting experience a pre-requisite
11. Considerable knowledge in Material schedules & submittals
12. Contractually aware and exposure to FIDIC, GCC and typical construction contracts
13. International experience preferred but not a pre-requisite
14. Required to interface directly with clients and consultants in day to day operations on projects
15. Excellent computer skills are required in Excel, Word, Planning Packages (like P3, Project Site Plan etc)
