Compliance Communications Analyst
The Position
Based in Marina del Rey, California, the Compliance Communications Analyst will prepare detailed contractual compliance audit reports containing statistical information, write monthly newsletters and other compliance publications, and work closely with the Communications team to meet production deadlines and process consumer complaints.

| Skills Required: |
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience writing contractual compliance reports containing audit findings, observations, recommendations and statistical information, and developing and maintaining a newsletter publication calendar. This individual will have experience processing consumer complaints and developing monthly statistical information regarding the number and type of complaints and documenting business processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have superior editing skills, strong data analysis skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
