Exciting opportunity for qualified Outlet Manager at large luxury resort property in Dubai, managed by internationally renowned hotel group!
Your role will be to serve the Resort’s large pool and beach area, managing a significant team of employees.
Your responsibilities will include :
Management all aspects of the outlet including the selection, development and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales.
Managing scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction.
Managing all operational issues ensuring the property’s Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the F&B objectives as detailed in the F&B Department Performance Plan.

Skills Required:: |
Your profile:
Formal hospitality or hotel management qualification
Fluent English – additional languages an advantage
Previous 5* hotel or restaurant experience in a similar role
Proven restaurant management background
Excellent communication, team management & leadership skills |
