C/C++, Microsoft.NET Applications for Windows (Visual C#.NET), Developing and Supporting Microsoft ASP.NET Web Applications, Linux (Red Hat, SUSE, Debian, Mandriva, AIX, Hp-ux) Rdbms (ms Sql Server 2000, MS Access, MySQL, PosgreSQL, Oracle, etc).
Software Support Engineer needed for high profile, international organisation.
Fluency in any Western European languages is a bonus.
You have the ability to trouble shoot technical issues identifying bottlenecks and computer interconnectivity with Java, C/C++, Web and Application Servers, Network Protocols (ie TCP/IP and more), Windows NT4/2000 Server, Unix, HPUX, Solaris, Linux etc, or any combination of the above. Working in a friendly team environment, you will administer support via telephone, email or online Web based methods. In return you will receive training on the latest software products. Your CV will show a relevant IT or Engineering Degree and you will be an excellent communicator. Prior experience in support-based environments will be favoured.
