| Job Description: |
Reporting to the Area Manager of Abu Dhabi, shall be responsible for all commercial aspects of the project. Financial -- duties shall include responsibility for managing the firm of QSs appointed for the project, prepare and monitor budgets, review and recommend payments of all consultants and contractors, review and submit financial reports. Legal -- duties shall include review of contractual documents prepared by the consultants, negotiating and drafting employer/consultant contracts, contractual advice, claim review/rebuttal/preparation, drafting contractual correspondence and advice on dispute avoidance.
Requirements
Professionally qualified with 15 years post QS degree experience, to include residential and commercial towers, retail, infrastructure etc.
F|IDIC, MRICS/FRICS and MSc Construction Law/DipArb or similar and have demonstrable experience of management and operating at a senior level in a similar commercial position.
