| Job Description: |
As a Fitness Trainer with our company, you would be working with our customers who are active members of a gym as well as regular people off the street who have spent no time in the gym. It would be your duty to
-assess their wants (weight loss, body building, general fitness, endurance training, simply healthier eating habits)
-set them up with a regimen (diet/exercise) that will meet their needs
-follow their progress, adjust regimen if necessary
-recruit new membership (we are not a gym but a food outlet offering a membership program)
-public speaking when necessary, representing our company
-work side by side with our Nutritionist and Chef creating a menu and new recipes to meet members' nutritional needs.
-drive to other locations to assist our clients.
