Building Operations Department
Busy performing arts center and cinema seeks responsible individual experienced in the maintenance of all building systems: boilers and air conditioners including electrical and controls, pumps, sprinklers, standpipes, fire alarms, plumbing, painting and lock work.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements: 3 years experience in repair and service of packaged air conditioning units, chillers, and cooling towers. General maintenance experience required. Refrigeration license or ability to obtain preferred.
