For a Group Of Restaurants in the USA we need several chefs who have very good experience working in some good hotels around the world.
The chefs should have knowledge in both North Indian and South Indian Dishes. Additional knowledge in cooking Vegetarian dishes will be an Bonus.
The contract period is for 3 years and shall be renewed under mutual understanding between the employer and employee.
The company provides return air ticket to India for every 2 years of service.
We are looking for a smart vegetarian chefs male for a group of Indian Restaurants in USA.
Required candidate profile - any nationality
Welcome - vacancy-12 - immediate
The candidate will have to attend interview at local US consulate for VISA direct .He will have to test for drugs ,and hair collection analysis as well as full medical examination.
1. Valid hotel management /chef qualification
2. Experience in hotel/ private mansion for 3 plus years
3. Very good English skills
4. Basic experience and expertise in estate administration
The selected person should be strictly vegetarian only - all candidates must have cooked vegetarian before in a house or in a restaurant and be ready for a trial and test evaluation
General Description:
Vegetarian Chef / Household Administrator for a group of restaurants. The owners are Vegetarian and is seeking not only a Chef with experience preparing Vegetarian meals in addition to having experience with good kitchen administration,
Cooking: This will be primary responsibility. Cooking solely for Vegetarian restaurants. Must do all grocery. , Shopping ,purchasing only organic vegan items. Completely vegetarian kitchen. Vegetarian chef, ordering personal merchandise/goods, coordinating subcontractors for routine kitchen maintenance.
Other specific details
Nationalities preferred – whites, India , Philippines ,Preferably non Muslims .
Job terms
1. Leave – two weeks every year
2. Contract period – permanent hire
3. Salary - USD 24000-48000.00 per annum PLUS benefits depending on candidate work and experience.

Good communication skills and interest in learning new dishes and trying to innovate new dishes would be an added advantage
