| Job Description: |
You will be working in a young, fun and vibrant environment in an air conditioned office with your own deskspace and personal computer. Your job role is as follows.
1. Following up with new/current clients to understand quote rejection reasons as well as new/current clients to confirm/reject quotes.
2. Revenue maximization by following up on delayed payments and forwarding payment related complaints to the Assistant Manager Accounts.
3. Collecting and writing content and layout for the company Japanese newsletter Tsushin in coordination with the marketing department.
4. Supporting Assistant. Manager Accounts with miscellaneous need-based payments.
5. Communicating with Japanese clients for all clarifications required by the Japan Client Manager.
6. Monitoring and evaluating the current translating process and suggesting improvements.
