1. Responsable for the Food Production for guests and team. Mediterranean cuisine with fusion.
2. Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, the level of the following:
a. Sales
b. Costs
c. Issuing of food
d. Quality and presentation of food and beverage products
e. Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment
f. Guest satisfaction
g. Food stock and ordering
3. Develop special menus according to local fresh supply offering guests alternatives and personalized service.
4. Manage the day –to-day operation of the Food Production and kitchen Stewarding sections
5. Produce dishes of high quality
6. Display courtesy and communicate with guests
7. Become familiar with the local market and it's produce.
8. Supervise and guide the commis chef
9. Food cost control
