Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming support questions and issues that arise with customers utilizing our web-based recruiting service. Identify, investigate and provide solutions to address their needs.
- Assist customers with web-based application and end-user issues(common questions typically involve site functionality and problems recruiters and employers have regarding communications with each other)
- Communicate with customers primarily via phone and email.
- Handle and process incoming "support cases" utilizing FogBugz tracking system
- Support the Recruiter Sales Team efforts
- Assist with the screening, scheduling and activation process for all new recruiters joining the marketplace
- Run reports and analyze data for e-mail blasts, calls and imports
- Maintain and update SalesForce data management system
- Develop knowledge base and expertise in site functionality, common issues and appropriate solutions
- Manage support process to identify, log, track, and address issues
- Work closely with the Business Development, Product Development and Sales Teams to provide optimal customer support
- Develop and initiate communications between and customer base to improve individual user and overall marketplace performance
Requirements:
- Achievement oriented individual with passion to continuously excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great with people on the phone
- Prior experience in customer support, recruiting field, and/or B2B account management (previous call center experience a plus)
- Internet savvy and analytical oriented with good computer skills
- Self motivated, team oriented and success driven

- Flexible and adaptable with the ever changing marketplace
- Problem solver adept at finding creative solutions
