** Senior Maintenance **
Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment (especially mechanical equipment including pumps and motors)
Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues |

Specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) - specifically mechanical background; must have BOILER mechanic skills
Foundational knowledge of general maintenance
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Able to lift at least 15 lbs.
Flexible availability as the schedule rotates and includes days, nights, weekends and holidays
Team player with ability to help wherever needed
