| Job Description: |
- Fully taking care of the Recruitment functions for the hotel, recruits talented staff by posting vacancies, screening candidates, preparing offers, coordinating with Visa Manager on visa status, communicating with candidates to ensure smooth mobilization till they join the Hotel. Conducts surveys in order to ensure competitive salaries and benefits, keeps professional relationships with universities, schools, recruitment agencies and other business partners.
- Previous experince in UAE is required. |
| Skills Required: |
- Diploma/ university degree in HR Management or Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic language is an advantage
- Minimum of one year experience as Recruitment Manager/ Officer in a 5* hotel in the UAE
- Excellent organizational, administrative and computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), credible and caring person.
- Exposure in payroll process & employee relations
