Supervises the Front Office team and provide training and motivation as per company culture. Interacts with guests, deals with their inquiries/complaints and takes corrective actions. Uses the selling skills in order to optimize room revenue and displays, at all times, a distinctive high quality of service to discerning business travelers, Emirati’s and local residents. |
| Skills Required: |
At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
Experience in using Fidelio / Opera System. Proficient in computer operations
Excellent organizational skills. Good trainer and motivator
Proven track of delighting customers or up-selling / suggestive-selling certificate needed |
