The Client:
Our client is an internationally focussed financial consultancy specialising in conflict resolution.
Duties:
Record all incoming and outgoing invoices
Create invoices, pay invoices
Prepare pay slips and pay salaries
In charge of quarterly PAYE payments
Reconcile expenses
Handle all incoming calls, take accurate messages and forward to relevant person
Supervise company driver and car
Manage calendar, book meetings, meeting and greet clients
Book flights and hotels domestically and internationally
Arrange visas
The person:
Candidates should have 1- 2 years' experience as a PA as well as general administrative experience. Candidates must have a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
