| Job Description: |
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Supervise 2 to 5 employees
- Open and/or close the restaurant including preparing nightly sales reports, reconciling cash/credit sales
- Cook, wash dishes, take orders, run the register as necessary
- Provide the highest quality food and customer service
- Adherence to all Franchise requirements
- Adherence to all government requirements (e.g. Health Dept, TN Beer Board, TN Dept of Labor)

- Prior experience supervising restaurant employees
