Main Duties And Responsibities
• Receiving, registering and distribution of all incoming mail.
• Attending telephone calls.
• Reservation of meeting places, hotel reservations, air tickets reservations, entertainment order placement.
• Correspondence related to departments, including arabic / english translations.
• Registering outgoing mail to SG Paris.
• Maintaining in / out records for drivers.
• Sorting and verifying courier vouchers.
• Give out cheques to vendors / suppliers.
• Booking of conference room / training room in head office.

• High School / diploma
• 2-4 years practical experience as receptionist / assistant.
• Ability to effectively communicate in Arabic & English. Other languages is an advantage. |
