| Job Description: |
Project management, responsible for planning, implementation and control of any assigned projects while reporting to the department manager.
Analyzing & preparing the required specification of the assigned and designed projets by department manager.
Continual supervision for reengineering and improvement of assigned and new systems / procedures.
Review and update of existing sensitive procedures and internal policies in coordination with the manager.
Supervise user profile management (security) of different IT systems and as a backup to the department manager.
Coordinate between head office department / branches and IT regarding development / maintenance of new / existing projects.
Supervise the preparation of user manuals for new projects in coordination with the users / departments and branches.
Follow up on quality actions with the banks network (customer complaints, etc).
Follow up on daily maintenance requests.
Any other assignment as required by the department manager. |
Skills Required:: |
Graduate in any discipline.
4-6 years practical experience in Banking field.
Good PC Skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English. Other languages is an
