10 years of Quality experience in surveillance, inspection and auditing. Minimum 2 years nuclear experience, prefer as recent as possible. Minimum 5 years quality management experience. Must have experience in developing Quality programs and procedures to meet nuclear criteria. Ability to review, correct, and audit Contractor Quality plans and programs; surveillance and auditing of contractor construction/inspection activities, experience in managing receipt inspection of materials, experience in training and certifying QC inspectors in all disciplines. Responsible for overall management of quality program on site. This person should have prior certification as a Level 3 (minimum Level 2) Mechanical, Welding, Civil/Structural, Electrical/I&C, Welding/NDE inspector and have an Auditor or Lead Auditor certification. Part of their responsibility is to train/certify site inspectors. To do this they must be able to pass a Level 3 exam.
