Purpose of Job
Well Activity Management System Admin and Support
Principal accountabilities
Primarily responsible for all issues related to WAMS (Well Activity Management System). The system provides information and reporting used for well planning and costing, for well activities, for well duration, for well drilling sequencing and for well details. WAMS is heavily in use for the cost management purposes by more than 100 active users from TSW , BPE, Asset Engineers, Drillings Engineers, Well Activity Owners and some SCM staff
Responsible for Support and maintenance of existing WAMS and as System Custodian, responsible identifying and implement requirements for a more efficient and better quality reporting and data administration system in WAMS.
Provide continuous development and support of Ad-hoc change request in the form of spreadsheets which run in both template and macro with data extraction from WAMS. Such requests are Value of Work Done (VOWD}, Level 4 Cost Estimation Tool (L4CT) and weekly Latest Cost Forecast (LCF).
Also responsible for WSAMS (Well Services Activity Management System) . This system especially for Well Service and Well Business Support divisions.
Job Activities in supporting Well Technical and Services such as :
• Ad-Hoc change request
• Migration from PowerBuilder to .Net
• Support of new .Net application
• Data download
• Data upload
• Database maintenance
• Clean Up
• Migrate to Oracle 10g
• Value of Work Done Standard spreadsheet
• Level 4 Cost Estimation Tool Standard spreadsheet
• Ad-Hoc spreadsheet with macro
Available to provide Training as and when required.
HSE
Ensures full compliance with the BSP HSE policies and procedures as detailed in the HSE Management System, HSE Standards and all other appropriate Brunei Shell HSE documentation. Sets a clear leadership example and promotes a high degree of health, safety and environmental awareness among all staff. Co-ordinate technical HSE audits, milestone zero reviews as required for contracts under his responsibility.

Skills Required:: |
Experience
5+ years working experience in Petroleum Engineering/Exploration.
• 6+ years of experience in data management/IT .
