Purpose of Job
To provide Production Technology expertise that is necessary to enable implementation of the new eWIMS (electronic Well Integrity Management System) in BSP.
Principal accountabilities
• Co-ordinate or lead Technical Reviews / HAZOP / HAZID / peer reviews associated with well changes / failures highlighted with a potential to impact well integrity. Calculate MAASPs and MAWOPs i.E for existing and new Wells.
• Implement WIMS database for all wells assigned asset area - collate and validate well integrity data in WIMS database and SAP creating heirarchy
• Manage / ensure ongoing WIMS accuracy in assigned area ensuring 6 monthly data validation
• Develop SAP tasks / WIMS checklists, manage SAP upload in assigned asset area based on risk and well failure model well type frequency
• Analyse well integrity test results in WIMS, approve sign-off of WOs in EWIMs(WIFP) and ensure action code is correctly assigned, follow up on mitigating action with responsible party.
• Create integrity part of well proposals where intervention for repair is required
• Manage Z6 Notification process for schedule changes in SAP of routine well integrity testing activities to support effective campaign planning
• Carry out activities defined and agreed for position within the EPA / BSP WIMS manual.
• Report agreed corporate and directorate KPIs monthly and improvement progress as required.
• Carry out line communication activities within assigned asset area to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in / informed of all process and controls changes
• Assist Asset PTs with the creation and management of budgets for well integrity maintenance if required
• Co-ordinate well integrity training / competence assessment within assigned Asset ensuring all people within key positions are adequately trained

| Skills Required: |
Qualifications & Experience
Required
A university degree in Engineering or equivalent with 4 - 10 years relevant experience, including a minimum of 4 years production technology / well engineering or well services / operations background.
Knowledge, understanding and experience of well / completion / wellhead design.
Preferred
Exposure to the following areas – well integrity maintenance & corrosion control and material selection
techniques.
Well-site exposure and Operations experience and
knowledge
Understanding / experience of maintenance management techniques.
