Purpose of Job
The SAP-HR Consultant will work together with Brunei Shell SAP-HR Project team to review crucial project deliverables required for Decision Review Board’s approval and also to define Shell People’s design components that are to be adopted by Brunei Shell SAP-HR implementation.
Principal accountabilities
The consultant is required to assist the project team in performing the following tasks: -
- To review the completeness of the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and its relationship.
- To review the project timeline.
- To review the completeness of the Payroll functional scope and its dependencies.
- To identify the relevant designs/functionality from Shell People system and define those components that will be adopted for the Brunei SAP-HR Implementation.

• High degree of technical knowledge in Shell People system implementation.
• Strong interpersonal/communications skills
• Strong organisational and management skills
• Strong analytical skill
• Sensitivity and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Ability to lead a team working towards final deliverables.
