Job Summary：
Purpose：
As a member of the account team, the Executive assists in researching and analyzing issues relevant to the client and assists in managing the day-to-day account activities and administration.
Objectives：
By helping execute the client’s business plan, the Executive adds value by helping the client company achieve its business objectives, solidifying the team’s client relationship and participating in new business.
Primary Responsibilities
• Translate/Copyediting materials (e.g., copy for design/layout, client product sheets, factsheets, etc) prepared by Designers/Copywriter or provided by clients.
• Research and monitor client’s business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base.
• Assist in research and preparation for presentations.
• Coordinate production with partner venders or agencies to create print/website or other production products.
• Assist in organize and implement events and promotions for the client.
• Assist in account administration duties such as billing and reports, including checking all supplier invoices for accuracy before passing on to supervisor for approval.
• Meet the required quality standards in servicing the client, ensuring a high standard of presentation of all work.
• Maintain regular client contact keeping fully aware of specific client needs, keeping the client briefed and report at an early stage any concerns in that relationship.
