Banking Solution Positions
Programme Manager
Profile: Functional Consultancy, Pre-Sales Support, Requirements gathering, Documentation
Role: Business Development and Prospecting
To understand customer business process, expectations & documenting it.
To convince the customer to use proposed solution to meet the expectation
Sales Manager
Profile: Front Line Sales of Banking Solutions of at least 3 years
Role: Business Development and front line sales in the Gcc
Presales Consultants
Profile: Experience of pre sales for at least last 2 years and current.
Role: All Pre Sales Activities
Conducting Demos, making presentations of the solutions
Functional Consultants
Profile: Experience of similar role for at least 2 years and current
Job Description: Respond to incoming requests by telephone or e-mail
Document customer requests in the call tracking system
Handle client requests and ensure that Customer Support meets SLA Troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, track, and accurately document problems
