Our client is a dynamic and fast growing manufacturer for the Pharma and Biotech industry and is currently looking for a Project Manager in Bangkok (Thailand) to further grow the business in the region. The organisation develops and produces mass-produced products, equipment, customised installations and turnkey projects for pharmaceutical and laboratory use. With headquarters in Spain, the corporation consists of a solid group of companies which has a consolidated turnover of approximately 100 million Euro, exporting 60% of its sales to companies around the world. It employs 650 employees, of which the majority have a university degree. Their aim is to develop high-quality technological solutions which respond to the specific needs of their customers in the specific markets, and bring mutual benefits to all parties.
Functions:
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the main responsibilities will be:
- Project manage key issues such as cost, time, quality management, resource allocation, problem solving and above all, client satisfaction
- Analysis & design of objectives and events
- Time management of Project according to objectives: Tracking and reporting progress through Management information system
- Assessing and controlling risk (or Risk Management)
- Assigning tasks and directing activities
- Analyzing the results based on the facts achieved
- Forecast and Planning
- Identify future trends in the project
- Defect prevention
- Identifying, managing & controlling changes
- Project closure (and Project debrief) |
| Skills Required: |
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in functions previously described
- Industrial Engineer, preferable with specialisation in mechanical engineering.
- Experience in pharmaceutical engineering is highly evaluated
- Imperative: Fluent written and spoken Thai and English. Other local languages will be appreciated (Bengali, Malaysian, etc.). Spanish will be positively evaluated
- Ability to design with Autocad will be evaluated
- We are looking for a Teamplayer, somebody who is very Customer Orientation and is familiar with Time Management
- Willingness to travel to other countries. |
