| Job Description: |
The Multimedia Designer I will work closely with the Marketing staff, IT and web developers/programmers, to research, develop, and design and enhance all aspects of internet and print marketing and advertising in an electronic environment. This position also may require interaction and coordination with various departments to develop design specifications and to ensure compliance with both Company and legal policies.
Essential Functions:
- Perform tests and troubleshoot new web solutions.
- Perform maintenance to web pages for the Company.
- Perform artwork illustration and graphic/logo design for use with projects and campaigns.
- Create new design concepts and final output of designs to support all marketing initiatives, including direct mail acquisitions, fee income and retention-based programs, direct response campaigns and related general advertising, including through the use of the internet and various web sites.

| Skills Required: |
- Proficiency in such programs as Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, and QuarkXpress.
- Ability to design, develop, and code HTML and CSS web portals.
- Understands the programming fundamentals of JavaScript.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction.
