special requirements:to manage a “trucks and vehicles” maintenance workshop (mainly Mercedes and MAN trucks).
The main activities are:
• Ensuring that the corrective maintenance activities are done as per the manufacturer specifications for troubleshooting, repair and tuning;
• Planning the spare parts requests and deliveries to maintain a smooth operation;
• Training, developing and mobilizing the workshop staff (~ 50 employees) to improve their performance;
• Doing the necessary to assess and improve the quality of service.
The main required qualifications are:
• Mechanical Engineer;
• Fluent in English (Read, Written & Spoken);
• Good knowledge of basic IT applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, etc;
• A minimum of 8-10 years experience in a large company working in the maintenance and repair of construction Equipment / Trucks;
• Good leadership skills.
