This leading Organisation is seeking a Process Engineer. In this role you will be part of Process Engineering discipline group which has the overall responsibility of assuring process functionality and safety of the existing and planned facilities.
The work will focus on brown field engineering projects and on inter-phase with the new facilities currently being constructed by EPIC contractors.
You are an experienced Engineer with an excellent theoretical foundation within all relevant aspects of process engineering. Your professional background should be chemistry with some years experience in a similar job. You have a good practical approach to the job and will carry out offshore visits from time to time on a scheduled basis.
Responsibilities include:
• Participation in modification and tie-in projects as process discipline responsible
• Process feasibility studies
• Project engineering management of brown field projects
• Procurement of process equipment.
• Planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Coaching and development of process engineering trainee’s.
• Participate and head process hazard studies including offshore process audits
Required Qualifications:
• Engineer with minimum 5 years relevant experience from a operating company.
• In depths process engineering knowledge as regards to offshore oil and gas production
• All round basic training in oil and gas upstream technology typically achieved through a OPCO training program
• Team player with excellent personnel, coordinating and planning skills.
• Fluent in English – written and spoken.
