We are now seeking to recruit the following for their Egypt office:
Project Manager
Bachelor in Civil Engineering, having a minimum of 17 years experience, must have worked as a Project Manager and handled prestigious projects, where an International Consultancy Co. was involved. The right candidate would have the experience of both vertical and horizontal Building projects, is familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements and has experience in the Middle East.
Net Salary Range: 12000 LE to 18000 LE
(USD25k to USD38k p/a)
Construction Manager
Bachelor in Civil / Architectural Engineering, having a minimum of 15 years experience with contractors, must have worked as a Construction Manager and handled prestigious projects, where an International Consultancy Co. was involved. The right candidate would have experience in construction of residential / commercial buildings or Hotels would be familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements and preferably has experience in the Middle East. Must be computer literate (Primavera, etc.), fluent in English.
Net Salary Range: 9000 LE to 13000 LE
(USD18k to USD28k)
Procurement Engineer
Graduate in Civil Engineering, having minimum of 6 years experience in the procurement of building construction materials. Should be capable to take off quantities independently, prepare financial and forecast project reports; Establish, prepare and pricing of contractual claims & variations.
Net Salary Range: 3000 LE to 5000 LE

Quality Control Engineer
Graduate in Civil Engineering having 5 to 8 years experience in the field of building construction with good knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements.
Net Salary Range: 3000 LE to 6000 LE
(USD7k to USD13k p/a)
Quantity Surveyor Engineer
Graduate in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 6 years experience in Quantity Surveying at building construction projects of large contracting companies.
Salary Range: 2500: 5000 LE
(USD6k to USD11k p/a)
Cost Control Engineer
Civil Engineering Degree, having 4 to 6 years experience in cost control and knowledge of computer based tools, (Microsoft, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) be familiar with cost probabilistic, associated software, contract control, reporting requirements and with both project cost & budgeting procedures.
Net Salary Range: 3000 LE to 6000 LE
