We are currently working on behalf of a fantastic Real Estate Developer based in Qatar, who are operating in 17 countries worldwide.They are currently looking to attract a key individual to join them as a marketing manager.
Key responsibilities are to contribute to the organisations long term marketing strategy
Developing plans for, and working on, the marketing of various Real Estate projects.
Using the media to assist with projects while ensuring budgets are adhered to.
Analysing market trends and adjusting projects accordingly.
Building relationships with key stakeholders.
You will have previous experience working as a Marketing Manager, excellent communication skills and an analytical approach to problem solving. A good understanding of the real estate industry is desirable. This is an excellent company to work for and they offer a good benefits package.
