| Job Description: |
Reporting directly to the President at our head office in Canada, the Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading the Labtronics BV operation in Gouda, The Netherlands. This individual will be responsible for the profit and loss of the European office and will manage all aspects of the division.
Summary Of Essential Job Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the BV office, to include, but not limited to:
Overall sales and profits of the company
- Management of support services
- Development of customer projects
- Leading and development the current team of five employees.
Develop, grow and manage the sales and profitability of our laboratory automation products to dealers;

| Skills Required: |
Minimum Requirements;
•university degree in science, business or computer science.
•Senior management experience.
•Previous work experience within the software industry.
•Proven success in a leadership position with an organization providing consulting or services to customers in multiple industries, including at least two of the following: pharmaceutical, food, beverage, oil, chemical, or government laboratories.
•Strong technical knowledge and an excellent understanding of software applications.
•Excellent English written and verbal communication/facilitation skills.
