| Job Description: |
As a member of the Consulting group, your primary responsibility will be to develop market (competitive and/or technical) information, analyze data, and engage with Kline and client teams to resolve critical strategic issues our clients are facing. Kline’s clients are predominantly major companies operating in the chemicals, materials, petroleum, consumer products, and life sciences industries. Typical service offerings would include strategy development, M&A support, technology management, manufacturing and supply chain performance improvement, and customer relationship management.

| Skills Required: |
Your role on the engagement team includes:
Conducting research via primary interviews and secondary sources
Assembling and analyzing all available data
Synthesize analyses into key findings and actionable recommendations
Writing client reports and presentations
Engaging in workshops or detailed project discussions
Collaborating with counterparts or external Kline Vice Presidents around the world to prepare and deliver client presentations
Job Requirements:
The scope and breadth of work is broader and more complex.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's in a technical field and/or an MBA (optional) with more than 5 years of experience in management consulting and/or the chemical industry e.g. polymers, paints & coatings, adhesives, etc.. All candidates must have good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
