| Job Description: |
The ESL Instructor is responsible for teaching ESL classes in our adult and young learners program. He / She will also be responsible for developing both general English courses and testing materials. Maximum teaching load of 24 hours plus office hours. |
Skills Required:: |
• Native speaker of English, with a BA Degree in TESL, Linguistics, English, or Education from a North American university
• TEFL, TESOL or CELTA Certification (no on-line courses accepted)
• Exhibit an energetic, enthusiastic & active teaching
style + cultural sensitivity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 3 – 5 years teaching experience in ESL
• At least 1 – 2 years experience in ESL in the Gulf
