WHO WE ARE
T.H. Executives Inc. Is an industry leading promotional advertising company. We put together incentive marketing campaigns designed to drive foot traffic into our clients’ doors while raising funds and awareness for charities. We fill our clients’ excess capacity with new customers through referral based marketing of these incentive packages.
What We Are Looking For
We take a very progressive approach with each new person accepted. Our philosophy emphasizes a leadership by example and “do as I do, not as I say” mentality. We seek people in promotional marketing and sales, account management and management. Each new person must be willing to learn all aspects of the company starting at the entry-level.
Our account managers will be responsible for:
• Implementation of pilot programs, target market testing, new client acquisition and retention.
• Overseeing campaign and individual development
• Establishing relationships with local business owners to acquire new clients and strengthen our clients' presence in the market
• Communication of daily reports and maintaining established feel of information to and from our clients
Why We Are Looking For People
Our portfolio is larger than we can handle at our present size. Some of our clients are national companies that have asked us to service them in other cities. This has placed an immediate demand on us to develop people in our management training program. Our new managers will oversee our portfolio and the marketing staff in those cities.

Requirements
*2 or 4 year degree is preferable; high school diploma is required
*All experience levels will be considered.
*Ideal candidate must be able to work in a team oriented job environment sharing ideas and creativity; you become an integral part of a winning team.
*Strong student mentality
*Must be 18 years of age or older.
Each new member of our team participates in eight weeks of management training classes done in on-site classrooms during the course of the normal workday. Course content revolves around development of personal skills, leadership attributes, business ethics, goal setting, training and motivating, problem solving and team management.
