| Job Description: |
The teacher is responsible for conducting customized English classes based on the student's needs, field of interest/ work and learning abilities. He or she fills out a specially designed format that allows the student, the teacher and director keep track of each lesson.
Classes take place at the language school and at other locations, where the teacher is required to travel (travel expenses are reimbursed by the school).
The teacher is provided with all kinds of teaching resources but is expected to create his/her own according to the curricula/program and the student's needs.
Class hours are very flexible and vary depending on each course, but may start as early as 7 am and end as late as 9 pm from Monday to Friday and from 8 am to 3 pm on Saturdays.
The teacher has a lot of free hours during the week to prepare classes, adapt to the culture, learn/practice Spanish, have a good meal, take a nap, go shopping, socialize and visit new places.
