This leading Organisation is seeking a Regional Services Leader for a permanent role based in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
As part of the regional operations strategy, you will be operating as a P&L Manager, and duties will include:
• Build customer intimacy and driving speed and quality through an empowered regional operation
• Drive growth & productivity while always adhering to the highest compliance standards.
• Provide overall leadership to the Middle East & North Africa region ensuring a common vision and unified operating rhythm.
• Develop local content according to a wider localisation strategy
• Drive greater penetration to grow beyond entitlement in this market, while also implementing strategies to drive organic growth.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Leader to ensure that the service shops are getting volume.
• Manage service shops workload and capacity.
• Lead attentiveness to business needs to ensure on time delivery, increased productivity and control costs for the Region.
• Partner with Sales and the Fulfillment teams to grow the Region in sales, operating margin while getting price and productivity.
In order to apply you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• Ideally 10+ years of industrial business experience, with international people management experience.
• Technical background in high technology environments
• Proven track record of operational experience
• Fluent English, as a definite advantage
• Willing to relocate to Doha and to travel regionally.
Desired:
• Prior process and operational experience as MBB or Services Leadership experience.
• Prior experience leading field service management operations for a services business in the Energy or Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to define and lead change.
• MBA or Masters Degree in technical area.
