Our client is one of the leading retail company in Middle East region.
The incumbent shall take on a strategic leadership role to manage the operations and be responsible for the profitability of the retail business.
Summary Of Responsibilities:
-overall profit center responsibility for the retail business and responsible for leading, managing and motivating teams to achieve targets and objectives.
-Develops and oversees the implementation of the retail marketing strategy, including the assessment of existing and potential markets and the proper segmentation of the customer base.
-Conceptualizing and implementing innovative sales and promotional strategies for the chain of retail stores
-Ensuring that retail and consumer insights are leveraged to build and drive growth across the region
-To monitor all aspects of retail operations
-Identify areas of retail expansion through new locations and brands in the region
-Liaison with overseas principals and identifying new brands to add to the present portfolio
-Procurement, Supply chain and Inventory management |
Skills Required:: |
-Post Graduate, preferably an MBA from a reputed business school
-15 years of relevant experience out of which 4-5 years should be at a Senior Management level in the retail industry.
-Strong leadership and people management skills are essential |
