• Your work will be related with variable amendments and renewals
• You will be closely interacting with the internal customer(s) mainly using email
• Escalation handling through internal routes
• Training lasts about 3 weeks. The first week of training is focused on soft skills and introduction to Infosys. The other two weeks will focus on the specific process you will work on.
