The Function
Responsible for:
Working initially with corporate office in Sherwood Park and assisting in overall recruitment for the Canadian Region.
On being assigned to the Calgary Region, candidate will be required to work directly with the Kearl Lake Project Team.
Fulfill the hiring needs of the project at all levels.
Work closely with the Corporate Human Resources at Sherwood Park.
Resolve Employee Relations issues as they apply to recruiting.
Target media sources for maximum effect advertising.
Assist Managers with internal recruitment.
Developing relationships with local employment agencies.

| Skills Required: |
The Individual
„X Five years experience in human resources, minimum three years in recruiting role.
„X Completion of B.Comm., majoring in Human Resources or related HR degree/certificate program.
„X CHRP (a desired asset).
„X Experience working in EPC/Oil & Gas Industry an asset.
„X Experience in recruiting process development and workforce planning.
„X Ability to establish and maintain university and post secondary institutional relations.
„X International recruiting experience an asset.
