Job Responsibilities:
· Hire, train, and motivate in-country Sales Managers
· Plan and administer sales budgets and develop sales forecasts and strategies.
· Develop and manage distribution channels. Assist distributors to achieve sales goals.
· Participate in industry trade shows.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
Fluent in Spanish and English; multi-lingual is a plus.
Well versed in customs and business practices of multiple countries such as: Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, etc.
Plan and administer sales budgets, project sales forecasts, and participate in industry trade shows.
Proven track record of selling through distributors.
10 years sales experience with a minimum of 5 years of sales management of people and territories.
Current experience selling industrial products with an emphasis on petrochemical, oil and gas accounts.
Experience hiring, managing, coaching, and developing people is required
