Field Directors Needed Nationwide:
Job Description: Locating vacant, abandoned, overgrown, and pre-foreclosure properties in your hometown. Typical workload is 2 to 5 hours per week. Actual times are determined by you, not the company. You can choose to work in the evenings or weekends if you choose. We provide the lists of pre-foreclosure properties for you.
We have immediate openings in the following areas:
Louisiana: Shreveport, Lake Charles, Monroe, Alexandria
Texas: Beaumont, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas-Forth Worth area
Georgia: Atlanta, Macon
Alabama: Mobile, Birmingham, Montgomery
Mississippi: Biloxi, Gulfport, Pascagoula, Hattiesburg, Jackson, Natchez
Arkansas: Little Rock
Tennessee: Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis
Compensation: 25% or more profit sharing for each pre-foreclosure house, and 33% for each non-foreclosure house we acquire and resell with the Field Director's assistance. Field Directors are self-employed independent contractors, so you can work as little or as much as you choose.
Optional: All Field Directors will have an opportunity to obtain their real estate license and mortgage originator license, paid for by Homeowner Solutions. |
Skills Required:: |
No real estate license required. Must have professional demeanor in speech and appearance. Must have an insured vehicle and a valid driver's license. |
