| Job Description: |
Principal accountabilities
- Member of Rolling Activity Plan (RAP), 90 days and IPP team. Participate in the development of RAP and the weekly 90 days/IPP meeting.
- Forecast the yearly SCO resource requirement to cater for the planned campaign activities based on the RAP.
- Schedule and allocate resources to ensure successful and smooth execution of SCO campaign activities.
- Compile and reconcile campaign deliverables and performance reports.
- Maintain an up to date daily/monthly and 90 days ORS.
- Provide support to SAP day-to-day operations and improvements.
- Provide support to SCO recoveries and forecasting Latest Cost Forecast (LCF-manhours)
- Maintain proper record of campaign manhours (estimate and actual), utilisation, productivity and recoveries.
- Manage SCO/25 section and deliverables.
- Act as Emergency Call off Coordinator on per rota system
- Contribute to SCO HSE Score cards and ensure compliance to the BSP technical and HSE policies, procedures and standards.
- Attend necessary technical and HSE training.

| Skills Required: |
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Preferred: Chartered Engineer
Competence Required
-5 years experience in the oil and gas industry
Special Abilities
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Self motivated, hard working, responsible and tactful.
- Able to establish and maintain rapport with all relevant parties.
- Firm, decisive and practical.
- Full understanding of HSE management principles and its application in BSP.
- Working knowledge of all relevant BSP HSE regulations including procedures and instructions. |
