Fabricant français diffusant des cloisons de bureau, des placards sur mesure et du mobilier de bureau, recherche le Responsable de sa filiale implantée à Moscou (20 personnes atelier/dépôt et bureau d'études).
Votre mission consistera à prendre en charge la responsabilité opérationnelle de la société, d'apporter votre savoir faire en gestion financière, comptable, fiscale, dynamiser les objectifs commerciaux, d'assurer la coordination des prestations et le management des équipes tout en étant le garant de la rentabilité de l'entreprise. Vous rapporterez de façon régulière (hebdomadaire) à la Direction du Groupe en France.
French Company that manufactures and distributes office wall partitions, customized cupboards and office furniture, is looking for a General Manager for its Business Unit located in Moscow (20 employees, workshop/depot and research department).
Your mission will consist in taking the full operational responsibility of the subsidiary, bring your knowledge in term of finance, accounting and fiscal management, spur the sales to reach targets all in coordinating the service provided, manage the team and be responsible for the profitability of the subsidiary. You will report to the French Management of the Group on a scheduled (weekly) basis.

Skills Required:: |
Russophone, parlant également français et/ou anglais vous avez une formation supérieure en commerce et/ou en gestion. Manager confirmé, vous avez déjà dirigé avec succès une petite structure. La connaissance du milieu des bureaux d'études BTP, de la construction et du suivit de travaux d'aménagement, d'agencement de bureau et/ou de la menuiserie serait très appréciée.
Salaire et primes selon formation et expérience.
Russian spoken as well as French and/or English, you have a solid background (BA, Master) in sales and/or administration. Skilled Manager, you have already and successfully been in charge of a small company. The knowledge of research departments, construction, office fitting out and layout and/or woodwork would be highly appreciated.
