Overview:
Power Surveying Inc. is newly formed land surveying and mapping consultants Our team should apply state-of-the-art office and field tools to deliver a broad range of solutions for private and public clients. Focusing on all aspects of spatial data, we will provide services that include boundary surveying, topographic mapping, construction layout, geodetic and GPS surveys, GIS development. Responsibilities:
Will lead all land surveying services performed by the Power Surveying Inc., with duties including business development and client maintenance, project management and financial oversight, supervision of office and field staff, and professional responsibility for survey work. The position will also work closely with the managers of Arch Inc. office to coordinate project work and resource sharing, and to assist establishing business development contacts to create work backlog and department growth across Bahrain/GCC/Middle East.
• Manages operations and projects
• Prepares land surveying projects and base maps for civil engineering project designs
• Implements and follows HRG’s financial management plan
• Actively participates in business development
• Assists in project permitting requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 -10 years progressive experience in surveying and mapping, including boundary resolution, subdivision platting, topographic mapping and construction staking.
Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity including directing workloads, developing staff and completing performance assessments.
Strong project management skills.
Strong business development and client maintenance skills.
Computer proficiency with AutoCAD, LDD and survey software.
Strong GPS experience a plus.
Professional Land Survey license.
