| Job Description: |
The Manager for Finance & Business Development manages and implements the Company’s finance contracts. S/he is involved in strategic planning, preparation of budget and financial statement projections and business development.
The Finance & BD Manager manages finance agreements for the company and ensures compliance to all lender requirements & loan covenants. S/he expedites & implements daily requirements for USD disbursements/payments/deals and preparation of cash balances summary. S/he prepares board presentations, strategic planning presentation & other management reports. S/he performs due diligence & controls original document flow and safeguards all project documents.
The jobholder must be a graduate of a business course and with an MBA. S/he has at least three (3) years experience in treasury or project finance and investment.
