Supports sales process by acting as technical consultant for assigned SPL (Business Continuity and Recovery Services / Security and Privacy) and removing technical inhibitors to sale of Iproducts, services and solutions through development of in-depth expertise;
Ensures technical feasibility of solution, assists client with business case development for technical components, performs implementation planning and design to ensure client readiness
